Reimbursement for Transporting the Troop Trailer
Some concern was raised about the boys having to cover the cost of pulling the trailer to Northwoods this past summer. After much discussion at the October parent meeting, the following motion was passed:
For any trip taking the troop trailer more than a 50-mile radius of Wacousta, the troop shall stand the cost of transporting the trailer; otherwise, we will rely on the goodwill of the person transporting the trailer to stand the cost.
The decision to have the boys who attended Northwoods this past summer cover the cost of transporting the trailer will stand. Please contact Mr. Lawson if you have any questions about amounts owed or if you are unable to cover the cost.
